Avoid at any cost. Absolutely unprofessional and disgraceful behaviour. Car was advertised as 2012 actual year was 2011 with km 105100 but on the day it was 600km more. Water pump braked and they are refusing to fix. I am surprised that this business still operates.

My partner accidentally put the wrong fuel in her car this morning on the way to work.

Broken down on the side of the road, Mark from New Lambton Auto Centre stopped to help.

He organised a tow to a nearby mechanics and then very kindly provided her a loan car for the rest of the week at no cost.

We are very grateful to him for stepping in to help at no benefit to himself and I imagine this carries over into all his business dealings.

We live over 7 hrs away and seen a vehicle on line at New Lambton auto centre. We spoke to Tony the sales person there who was an outstanding person to deal with. He took us through the whole vehicle over the phone and explained everything to us about the vehicle including stone chips and a slight mark on the rear bumper bar which they fixed for us. Nothing was to much to ask. When we drove down to inspect the vehicle it was explained exactly how the vehicle was and nothing was covered or unexplained about the vehicles condition. We where so worried purchasing a car sight unseen but where pleasantly surprised upon our inspection. We are so pleased with the vehicle we purchased and can only thank Tony for an outstanding effort a highly recommend this dealership. We Will definitely travel the distance again in a few months to purchase our sons 1st car. Thanks Again Tony.
