place smelled of cigarettes even though it's meant to be no smoking, they tried to cover it up with some cheap fragrance which wasn't any better. the karaoke system is nice and new but in chinese only so if you don't read chinese make sure you bring a friend who can. they do not give you warning about when the time is almost up so we got kicked out abruptly mid-song.

Overpriced load of bullocks is what I see. Good facilities, however hardly any KOREAN songs and their system trying to find it is another mission. Service is another disgrace, if we get a tiny bit delayed from our bookings slot they will still start counting from that time, what rubbish. If you are searching for Korean songs do not enter here...quite dissapointed.

Nice room decorations but overpriced menu and disgusting customer service. We booked the karaoke room for two hours and ordered food. It took ages for food to arrive and most of our dishes arrived during the last 30 minutes. We kept chasing up on the order but one of our dish didn't even come. Staff forced us out of the room because it was two hours already when we didn't even have our food. And it took us up to 15 minutes to finally convince those crappy staff to give us a refund for the dish. Will never come back!!!

Overpriced menu and small rooms. Terrible service, I had to ring the bell three times for water. Don't bother wasting you money here. It's much cheaper in the city, only 10 or 12 bucks for 2~3 hours of singing.

Very nice place! Each room has different theme. Our room is line friends which is sooo cute! Also there are a varieties of songs available to choose. The food is cooked by the Japanese restaurant next door, so is not bad.
