This Message is just our way of letting each of our customers know of our terms and conditions and also our pricing method. Terms and conditions
- Carpets can take anywhere from 2 – 10 hours to dry depending on the type of carpet and the availability of ventilation in the room. Couches can take up to 24 hours to dry as do mattresses.
- Stains are not guaranteed to be completely removed although we will do our best
-Please ensure carpet is vacuumed before we arrive unless you require us to do it
- We cannot remove /clean mold from carpets as mold weakens the carpet and cleaning results in the carpet coming up.
- For health and safety reasons we cannot move large pieces of furniture e. g. beds sofas TV units etc. These will need to be either moved out of the area or cleaned around.
- We will require access to hot water, power and a toilet to dispose of waste water
- We do not charge a call out fee but if there is no contact from the customer for 20 mins after we arrive at the premises we will have to move on to the next customer and reschedule.
- On booking, we require a contact number for the day and your address.
- Upon booking, we will give you a 30 minute time frame on which we will arrive and we will call you once we have arrived - We do not have a cancellation fee but notice is appreciated ASAP.
- If we need to carry the machines up any number of stairs /steps please let us know! There is no fee, it’s just so we know what kind of man power we need. For health and Safety, we cannot accept help to carry the machine.
- If you have any questions or queries please talk to us. - By using us, you agree to allow us to use photos for our business portfolio of before and after jobs. We will not use your name / location! If you would not like us to use pictures from your location please let us know.

Pricing
First room = $50 ($20 PER ROOM after)
One /Two seater couch = $50 *
Three seater couch = $70 *
L Shape = $80 *
Ottoman = $30
Insecticide= Priced on site
Mattresses= $70 **
Vacuuming=priced on request
Stairs=any more than 3 and less than 15 steps $30
Rugs = $20 *couches will be cleaned on all visible panels. If the couch is against a wall we will not move the couch to clean behind.
** Stains are not guaranteed to be removed but it will be hygienically clean. If you still wish to get your mattress cleaned and the stains do not come up you still must pay for the service.
