Worst experience with the staff. There mechanics are not good enough for service or any other mechanical problems. Charged me $600 labour cost to just find out the problem with car.

Untrusted dealership. Avoid them and get rid of stressful experience.

I bought a second hand car from Kia newcastle. At the time i dealt with Josh who was the salesman and i did notice a servicing sign that appeared on the dash. I told him about it and was assured that it would be sorted (because the car had already been serviced)but its been a week now and i have not received any calls to fix this issue. Disappointed and now have to sort this myself.

The scums who work there going to rip you off dont buy car here. They not deserved to get even 1star absolutely -5star.

Absolute scam artists.
Would not rotate my tires when asked because "the best ones were on the front" i would not have asked them to be rotated if I had the best ones on the front. Said they did some extra work that was missed on the 45k service, also neglected to sign my log book for the 45k and 85k service. Extremely disappointed with the service I get from these guys every single time.

Be prepared to get ripped off on servicing. I had to take my car in every four months under my warranty and they clearly thought I was a clueless woman because they would charge me for ridiculous things. Last time, they replaced my tyres but used nitrogen filled ones without even asking me! The science behind nitrogen tyres is pretty weak and everyone i asked about them laughed at me and said I got scammed. Regular air already has a high amount of nitrogen in it. Then for some reason I now have to take my Mazda to the Mazda dealership for servicing and they found so many problems that should have been picked up by the idiots at Holden.

We are extremely pleased with the Ford Focus that we purchased from Michael @ New Castle City Holden, The whole experience was excellent from start to finish, Michael was our first point of contact and we could not ask for better treatment, assistance, and guidance through the entire experience. We had set up an appointment with Michael to view the vehicle they had for sale, Michael was very personable, very knowledgable, and very professional and worked hard to make ( an experience we usually dread), very comfortable and productive. We give Michael & New Castle City Holden & all the staff that gave assistance our highest recommendations & look forward to doing more business in the near future, We are also looking forward to many years with the Our purchase and using your service department to keep the car in great condition.
