Shocking customer service . Booked my car in to get fixed. But no one recorded it and was stuffed around. 15min waits on hold calling I just hung up

Shocking customer service. BFF's if you want to purchase a car but if you want to fix something under warranty you are their worst enemy. Taking them to ACCC. Proven faulty part and they still say it's wear and tear. They are condensending and rude.
I wanted to trade my Rio to Sportage in October but now I will never get close to Kia again so I don’t have to deal with them ever again.

Was given prices on a trade in and a new car and advised the colour i want isn't in stock and would have to ship it in.

Anyway apart from the rude and lying salesman I went to another Kia in the Hunter got an extra $4,400 trade in and $3,800 off new car thats a saving of $8,200 ! And when I enquired about the car I wanted they said there is one available at the Newcastle Kia when Newcastle Kia said there is none of that colour here.

Maybe Newcastle isn't allowed to negotiate and use a phone to find out information.

I can see they are going to be the next #1 dealership in the hunter !

Called to ask about test driving a new Kia Carnival. They promised they would call me back in 5 minutes, that was 3 days ago.

Kia Rio bought 2012 has been back to dealer at least 5xs for loosing power, check engine light coming on and stalling. So far not able to isolate problem and fix. Currently in again(2 weeks so far and possibly 3 more) waiting for parts to come in( first time anything being replaced). Unreliable car will not buy a Kia again.

Had the best experience with the whole team at newcastle kia! I just bought my first car thanks to the super friendly and helpful staff who helped me pick the right car for me within my budget. I am so happy I went there!! Thank you especially to Andrew!!
