Newcastle City Subaru

Just recently purchased a new vehicle from the crew at Newcastle City Subaru, decided to return after already receiving excellent service last time around. The staff here are professional and friendly at all times, especially Danielle who gave me a cracker of a deal and kept me in the loop the whole time during the sale process! . Highly recommend these guys!

Purchased our new vehicle here and was somewhat satisfied (not blown away) with the experience we had. When it comes to the service department and our customer experience I was very disappointed. The simple basics such as customer service, communication and honesty were not at all evident. When spending close to 50k somewhere I would expect this as a minimum.
Very, very disappointed.

I contacted Newcastle City Subaru after a number of bad experiences with Sydney dealerships, and I am very glad I did. Chris was great to deal with, providing excellent service from my first call, all the way through to purchase and delivery. To anyone interested in a Subaru, I recommend you contact these guys.

Service leaves a lot to be desired. Not customer focus unwilling to find a suitable solution. Operating hours are too short making it a nightmare to get anything done.

My immobilizer stopped working and I was stranded on the side of the road. One call to Subaru and they organised a locksmith to come assist. I didn't end up needing the locksmith as I walked in to Subaru and they fixed both my keys and only charged me for the cost of the battery.
