Had my washer dryer repaired on behalf of LG, he botched the first repair and now attempts to blame me for the fault lol??? I called back in under 24 hours of the repair to claim its still broke.. guy is a fraud and seems to only get by subcontracting.. Avoid this joke.

0 stars is a more accurate rating. These guys are quite simply the worst company I've ever dealt with. They lie about completion dates. They don't bother to listen to the faults a machine has and then only when you follow them up are they interested about finding a solution. an certainly will not ring you to give you an update on your repair.
I will never use them again. The big tech players are having their names tarnished by these cowboys.
Steer well clear is my advise.

the worst service i have had in my life, very rude, unhelpful , arrogant with a care factor of zero, they also attempted to con me out of $99 for a warranty claim.
phillips and other manufacturers who use this business for warranty repairs should be ashamed for providing such a bad service

I was fairly hesitant about my repair when LG directed me to contact NCE to fix a broken, 18 month old LG OLED Curved 55" TV. After reading the reviews I was fearing the worst.
However my experience with NCE was highly professional and I was pleasantly surprised. I emailed through a photo of the TV and they immediately identified the problem and ordered the replacement part. Within a few days I contacted them to check on the progress and the part had arrived and they had booked in a technician to carry out the repair at my home.
The technicians were polite and courteous and completed the job promptly.
The missing star is only due to me having to contact them for updates after not receiving a reply to my emails.
Overall I would have no reservations in using NCE in the future.

Customers are knowingly and calculatedly scamed. Fruadulent owners Michael and Rodney zmak. Can provide residential addresses of owners.

Ridiculously incompetent! The actual owner of the company came to do a warranty repair on a new Samsung dishwasher. Not only couldn't he fix it, we agreed to pull out the dishwasher to have Samsung pick it up. Great apart from the fact this moron failed to reconnect the rear plumbing and caused massive leakage throughout the kitchen. Useless and totally rubbish.
