Instructors Michael & Ryan teach the Hwa Rang Do curriculum in Inner Newcastle. This includes free sparring, one step sparring, basic movements, patterns, self defence, throwing, locks, breakfalls etc.

Whatever your fitness level, flexibility, self defence knowledge we aim to develop those capacities within you.

Class fees are $15. 00 per lesson casual rate.
$70. 00 per month student.
$90. 00 per month non-student.
$120. 00 per month family rate.
