Newcastle Muscle Pain Solutions

I've been seeing Jen & her team for many years now, especially around soccer season when I struggle with my acillies that play up.
I also pop in every now & then for a remedial massage as I do functional training 6 day per week & need to stay on top of tight muscles.
I would recommend Newcastle muscle pain solutions.

I was seeking relief for neck and lower back pain that I had obtained in a car accident over twenty years ago from a wide variety of treatments. After just one visit my lower back pain disappeared straight away and my neck pain eased greatly to the extent that I can participate in all the activities I enjoy. Jenny and her staff have always been respectful, caring and offer helpful professional advice. I hate to think what the quality of my life would be without them.

I went to see Newcastle Muscle pain solutions for a remedial massage for the second time - I am from Sydney and cannot come on a regular basis. It's an intense treatment into deep tissue, trigger points and working on the most tense points in your body. It hurts but it is such a relief. Effective massage treatment I have ever had. Highly recommend!

great remedial massage, had some lower back pain and a single session made all the difference in the pain relief. I'll be going back to stay on top of things.

Unfortunately a disappointing massage. Requested shoulder/trapezius/rhomboid/lavatory scapulae focus and a full hour remedial, I was started late, finished 15 minutes early and got mostly neck and pectoral massage. No legs. Masseur wouldn't take guidance, "Could you focus on shoulders?" and just did her own thing. Pressure too light. She basically twanged my jugular vein for 40 minutes then stopped. Waste of $100
