Had to apply for an emergency passport due to father in laws unexpected health decline. The staff not only got me in on the same day but processed my passport within hours. They were so very kind and decent given the circumstances, I could not thank them enough. Altgough my father in law passed later that night before we had the chance to say goodbye i sincerely could not have asked for better service from a wonderful bunch of dedicated staff.
