Newcastle Pro Sound Communications

Went here a few years ago, installed a head-unit and it cost me $700+. And then the guy told me that I have to buy a new woofer because it won't work with the new head-unit. Totally utter bullsh*t. Took the car to JB Hi-Fi and the guy said "It just isn't connected", connected the cables, 10 minutes later my woofer was working again.

Shame on Newcastle Pro Sound for blatantly lying to customers for a quick buck.

Excellent products and service. I was given the whole range of options in products and good explanations of each. Installed with reverse cam and loving it.

Arranged a 9.30am appointment, did over an hour round trip to their premises, arrived before agreed time to be told it would be at least an hour before anyone could look at my car. Very poor customer relations, will not be back or recommend them.

Product range is much better then anyother places and much better pricing then jbhifi autobarn and supercheap

Great customer service, I almost purchased something at jbhifi but I got a much better deal at pro sound plus the people there are very helpful. Highly recommended for a system of any price range.
