Good service straight off the bat they'll engage you and direct you where you need to go, very professional and polite. Parking is off street and can be a bit of an issue as it does get very busy.

Very impressive. I was very impressed with the service, plus they made us feel welcome. My only advice to all that will be visiting for license or any other matter, is to make sure you go on their website to find out everything you need or all the documents to support your application and then go ahead. Thanks to Mel Hugo for making it easy and fun when we visit with my husband to change our license and to help my husband with his DA. I paid $117 to have a licence translated and delivered to me since I needed it urgently. One of the staff ticked the wrong box in my licence translation and now I have to wait another few days to get the translation. So I could have got the free translation in the same time.

ordered an auxillary licence plate for my bike carrier through myPlates - after 6 weeks of stuffing around it turns out that the plates have been at the Service Centre for the last three weeks but the Service Centre staff didnt bother telling anyone (particularly me!). Privatise the lot
