Newtown Pharmacy

Extremely expensive. An item I was after costs just under $7 at other chemists but is frequently out of stock so I tried this place.
Was pleasantly surprised they had plenty of stock, but found out why they have so much stock - their price for a $7 item is $17! That is one hell of a mark up however you look at it.

Would have given a solid one star for such outrageous prices were it not for the fact the guy at the counter was very pleasant and was interested to know what price I was paying elsewhere. Though there was no way I was going to pay such an exorbitant price.

Rude and unhelpful owner with a a severely limited range in everything bar over the counter medications.

Service is excellent considering there is only one Pharmacist on duty, but there is a down side, Closing time is 8PM but he will shut at 6:30PM if he feels like it
