Niagara Cafe

Amazing place, great food and friendly staff whom made me feel welcome for my time spent in Gundagai.

Old charm. As a cafe used to be. We 3 couples had a wonderful afternoon tea, even if it was a bit of a squeeze into the stalls!

One of the best meals i have eaten. I arrived here late in the evening and they were still open. The food was terrific. I couldn't finish everything. The decor in the shop is interesting as is a lot of the historical stuff on the walls. They still haven't forgotten the time the PM arrived here in the middle of the night during WW2. The building is a wonderful example of art-deco. Worth the visit just to see the architechture and the curved glass windows if you're into that sort of thing.

What an awesome find. Driving through NSW has been full of great experiences, Niagra Cafe being one of them. Living piece of history with lovely honest food. We had a hamburger and fries and and old childhood fave of cornbeef and pickle sandwhich with chocolate milkshakes to top it off.
The food was made fresh with a chance to sit back and relax. The staff were kind and not in your face.

A classic cafe from days gone by ... food was good and price was okay ..it is a tradition to stop here. Very nice burgers.
