This place is a rip off ..I was in shock when i saw my bill

Good service, good price, I've been seeing Dr Bruce Moore for years and he's always been great.

I had an appointment with Dr. Grewal. It was my first visit of the centre and I'm definitely coming back. Friendly and understanding Staff. I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time. Easy to get an appointment, you can book online and as a nib customer, I got 100% claim back on my dental check-ups with absolutely no out-of-pocket expense. Highly recommend to everyone.

Doing their best to milk you. Don't trust them. I was told about 160$ for checkup and cleaning but ended up to 340$. The doctor asked for more and more X-rays while I thought it was part of 160$ package. Always ask if you will be charged for new test and stop them when you don't need.

I forgot my card and had to pay in full. I was reassured there was a NIB close where I could claim (which is no where near my work and therefore another afternoon off work).

Is this system really reliant on a plastic card to identify you?

Is there no database with my details for which I could verify with photo ID? Is this 1972 where the Internet is only for communication in war and espionage?

Friendly and understanding Staff. I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time. They eased my mind and fear of dentists. I would recommend Zahra and Paul to anyone. :)

Very dissapoint. I got big lump and bruise on my jaw caused by inexperienced injection. She could not solve the problem then she asked me to see other dentist.
Totally waste time and money
I have been with NIB for 16 years. I have been paying for top cover for many years but when I need good dental treatment. They treated me so badly. I am shopping around looking for other health fund. Bye NIB

I had a terrible experience with couple of their doctors. I have simply lost a tooth due a their unprofessional attitude and mistake.
