Ordered a new lounge in September, that was delivered today, December 8th.
The customer service given at Tuggerah was friendly and efficient, the online tracking of our order on the Nick Scarli web site was easy, the $85 delivery fee was cheap and the delivery guys were excellent.
We will definitely visit Nick Scarli next time we need something.

KOTARA STAFF AWESOME - DISGUSTED IN NICK SCALI CUSTOMER SERVICE HEAD OFFICE. PURCHASED TWO ITEMS FROM YOUR KOTARA STORE - A BEAUTIFUL CONCRETE DINING TABLE ORDER#MN53208 & A SWIVEL CHAIR LOUNGE ORDER #MN53207. THE TABLE WAS DELIVERED AFTER PAYING $120.00 DELIVERY FEE. UPON INSPECTION, WE FOUND 'CONCRETE' FINISH CHIPPING OFF. THEN FOUND WITH A SIMPLE FEEL WITH A FINGERNAIL, CONFIRMED THE ENTIRE FINISH PEELING OFF. THE CONCRETE TABLE HAD BEEN PAINTED! THIS WAS NOT WHAT WE PURCHASED. WE PURCHASED A CONCRETE TABLE FOR A FAMILY OF FIVE. NOT A PAINTED TABLE THAT HAS A PEELING OFF FINISH. WE CONTACTED THE STORE, & HEAD OFFICE. A SENIOR STAFF MEMBER ATTENDED OUR HOME FOR A PHYSICAL INSPECTION, IT WAS HERE WE WERE ADVISED THE TABLES ARE NOW ALL PAINTED PRIOR TO DELIVERY. WELL, THIS WAS NOT WHAT WE WANTED, OR WHAT WE PURCHASED. WE PURCHASED A CONCRETE FINISH TABLE. NOT A CONCRETE TABLE WITH A PAINTED FINISH. IT IS NOT THE CONSUMERS FAULT THE MANUFACTURER DECIDES TO TAKE IT UPON THEMSELVES TO ALTER ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ALTERED IN STORE, THEREFORE, THE CONSUMER RECEIVING GOODS NOT THE SAME AS ITEMS INSTORE.
WE REQUEST FOR THE $120.00 DELIVERY FEE TO BE REFUNDED TO US, OR TAKE THIS AMOUNT FROM OUR EXISTING ORDER, STILL AWAITING DELIVERY. IT IS DEEMED UNFAIR TO THINK YOUR CUSTOMERS SHOULD PAY $120.00 FOR SOMETHING THEY NEVER PURCHASED IN THE FIRSTPLACE. WE WERE SOLD A PRODUCT THAT DID NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS, AND IS UNSATISFACTORY TO OUR REQUIREMENTS.
WE EXPECT A RESOLUTION TO OUR CONCERN. LETS NOT FORGET NICK SCALI ALSO ADVISED US ON THE DAY OF INSPECTION, THEY ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS, AS THE FINISH IS DIFFERENT TO THAT ON DISPLAY IN THE SHOWROOM & WHAT WAS PURCHASED. CONSUMER LAW STATES IF A PRODUCT HAS A PROBLEM THAT WOULD HAVE PREVENTED PURCHASE IF KNOWN ABOUT, IF IT DOESNT DO WHAT THE BUSINESS SAID IT WOULD (NOT BE PAINTED OR PEELING IN THIS INSTANCE), IS SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE SAMPLE OR DESCRIPTION (ie: THE SHOWROOM TABLE WAS NOT THE SAME COLOUR OR PAINTED) OR WHAT WAS ASKED FOR CANNOT BE EASILY FIXED (NOT EASILY FIXED, AS THE SURFACE OF THIS TABLE IS PAINTED).IT IS NOT US WHO HAVE DONE THE WRONG THING, IT IS NICK SCALI HEAD OFFICE ACCEPTING FUNDS FROM UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS TO ONLY THEN DELIVER SOMETHING NOT PURCHASED BY THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE

On a store level, very satisfied with the price and quality, but on a delivery level, too many delays. This was rectified by the store manager upon our request. Sydney warehousing to blame, NOT the store. Happy overall so happy to recommend. I do dispute though paying delivery for each item being delivered. Should be on a one item basis like other stores however this is company policy.You can't buy and collect from the store .

Bought a new lounge here on sale (they are ALWAYS on sale LOL). Good range of furniture and it's a beautiful store.

Purchase lounge at apparent 50% off only to find it two weeks later reduced by another $800. Told could not cancel order without forfeiting my $825 deposit (30% & stated in contract). Offered store credit equalling the diffence. Not happy with unscrupulous marketing.

Horrible customer service from Warrawong and the Sydney dispatch depot today.
Took a day off work to collect furniture from the Sydney depot only to be told I can't collect my order until the following week, even though my order was in stock and i had been told the day before that it was ready to go.
The manager George was unhelpful and didn't care even when I cancelled the order. Sales assistant 'Dee' only wanted to cover her own ass and put the blame on her colleague.
I mean how hard can it be to make an exception and release furniture to make life a bit easier for the customer.

We won't be shopping here again.

I just purchased a leather sofa from Nick Scali after having been back there three times trying to decide and every time, I received Excellent and consistent customer service-Well knowledgeable, very polite and respectful! ThAnk you to Stephen, the salesperson and Jason and Shane (delivery staff) -very professional and happy service :-)

We needed a dining table and received excellent service from the staff in store. Delivery was very professional - they assembled & installed it. More than delighted with the quality of the table, the store staff and the delivery service . Thank you Nick Scali!!

The showroom staff were phenomenal. This is a group of people who not only enjoy what they do, but take pride in it. I particularly enjoyed the way they took me through all the terms of the order; it made me feel like they were on my side and really wanted me to make the right choice of lounge for me.

I was under the impression that it will be delivered 6 weeks - max 8 weeks but until now (8 weeks) none seems able to know the exact delivery date. Always got different answers. Dishonest and unprofessional. I understand that you do not hold stock but be upfront if delivery is 10-16 weeks not 6-8 weeks. Worst customer service - stay away !!!!

I’m not someone to write reviews however my experience at Nick Scali, Alexandria was unforgettably horrible.
Oh Farrel, what a nasty, biased, sexist, rude & narcissistic person.
It’s truly a shame he was the one to claim commission on our purchase. I was so close to ordering from another store simply because I didn’t want him to receive the $$$. The way he treated my girlfriend & myself was unbelievable with his judgemental & self centred attitude. I could describe the experience specifically however I don’t want to waste my time over someone like that.

Grant - Great guy with fantastic service over the phone regarding delivery.

Delivery - Girlfriend had to take a day of A/L due to them only delivering Mon-Fri 9-5. I arrived home from work with my girlfriend excited to show the me the couch. To my shock, it was incomplete. I sorted it myself and called the 3rd party delivery service. To their credit, they refunded me 100% of the cost.

Not gunna lie, it’s a nice couch. However that doesn’t cut it.

First & last time I purchase from Nick Scali, will defiantly spread the word to the world about my experience.

Good selection and friendly staff. They will push the scotch guarding hard so be strong. The average 12 week wait for the majority of furniture is the only reason they didn't get 5 stars.

Last week my wife and I came to the showroom and enjoyed a wonderful shopping experience thanks to the beautiful Cammie! Cammie was warm and accomodating and tended to all our needs in a professional manner. This cannot be said about her co-workers however, upon arrival we were stalked by an elderly man and were pestered by an overly aggressive woman.
Thank goodness for Cammie, It was a pleasure doing business :)

Excellent staff and service. Finally decided to look at Nick Scali and the store staff were amazing & very helpful. Steve & Brendan went out of their way to assist us. Our furniture has now arrived - looks amazing and was tremendous value for money. Thank you Mr Scali !!

Rudest and most pathetic customer service you will ever get. I will never go back to the Caringbah store ever again and has put me off shopping at Nick Scali. The sales lady was the most frustrating lady and we couldn’t wait to get out of there. The delivery services was rubbish and they didn’t delivery what they promised. We were only refunded the delivery funds and my husband and I were made out to be liars with the whole scenario. Extremely & highly NOT RECOMMENDED
