I came in to this store on 11/7/15 around 11 AM, looking to fix my bike chain, which had snapped. I got a chain link for free, plus borrowed their chain breaker. I was able to fix the chain, with some assistance from the shop assistant when I was having difficulty. Thanks for the great service!
