Nicola The Chiropractor Description
Nicola's love of chiropractic began at a young age, when her sister sought relief from regular headaches and migraines. Seeing first hand the difference it made to her sister, she felt it was only natural to seek chiropractic care for her own headaches after a sporting accident. Following this, she was inspired to complete her masters in chiropractic at Macquarie University.
Nicola has a particular interest in paediatrics and pregnancy and pre-conception health, having completed post-graduate learning in this field. She also enjoys working with local sporting teams to not only assist players in getting back from injury as quickly as possible but obtain and maintain the best health possible. Her treatments are tailored to ideally prevent injuries with stretches and functional exercises as well as rehabilitation for those returning from injury.
She balances her busy work life with regular sessions with her personal trainer and plays soccer and netball socially with friends.
