Nike Bondi Junction

Terrible customer service from staff and manager. I have a faulty pair of Nike shoes purchased from another local retailer and they couldn’t say “no” quick enough. When I asked for head office details to follow up with Nike directly, they kept saying it’s not their responsibility, completely misunderstanding my needs in their haste to wash their hands if responsibility.

I called Nike George St after these guys and it was chalk and cheese. The lady apologised for the issue, gave me her name and said suggested I come in so they could look after me. Amazing, and so easy. These guys deserve my future business (and yours).

good sales and setup. however, kids were skateboarding through the very small and packed in store and employees were doing nothing about it. great place to quickly pick up some shoes however and very tidy and well kept.

This store scams customers. The Asian guy who said he is the manager is the worst person I've ever met in my life. Don't ever buy something from this store. Horrible customer service! DO NOT go to this store. Giving it one star is too much, I would give it less than one star if I could.

Auwful customer service.
I bought a pair of trainers which were clearly factory faulty.
They wouldn't provide me with a replacement or refund until cleared by head office. Tn ever heard of such a bad replacement policy from such a major brand
