Best place for sports shoes

I went into the Nike store to buy a pair of shoes for my 11 year old son and also a pair for myself. I looked at some examples and asked the young man (approximately 20 something male of european looks, dark hair, dark eyes, smallish and medium build) if he could find something for myself or my son in my style. I told him I like mens shoes, and my son likes blue and is a size 9.5. He comes back and says, I am sorry, we have no sizes in your size and also in your sons size in the style. I thought, that was totally strange - I think, he didn't look and he didn't really look like he wanted to help us. so he literally by his action of saying "There is no sizing for my son and also for me, kicked us out of the Burwood shop". He did not say, would you like to try this shoe, or that shoe, or this colour or this range, and did not offer additional options, he literally said there was "No sizes at all for myself and my son". Nike Manaqgement, I do think, you need to check your staff, and ensure that, if there is no sizes in a show, to come back with interest with another option. We would have purchased something, however, he did not really help us at all-Bad Salesmanship, and bad customer realtions. In the end I went to Auburn Nike Factory store and the services was 200% times more enthusiastic, more helpful, more honest, more hardworking to assist me and my son find a pair of nike runners. Disappointment for the Nike Burwood shop (Actually, not the shop, just this sales rep) was at an all time low. Will not go there, especially now that I know that there are better service, better prices and better shoes at Nike Auburn Factory Outlet!
