I have been training in Chu Shong Tin Lineage Wing Chun since 2004 and have been teaching full time since 2011.

I teach internally (Hong Kong style) because in my experience this method is the most effective at helping students develop the right skills quickly and correctly. It develops the right habits from the beginning and prevents students having to 'undo' bad training habits.
