Nine Canaries

Hi everyone, after my 3rd phone call today about buying some treats - just to let you know that the nine canaries family is off for a well deserved break. We won’t be back for trading until next Saturday 15th September. Please share with those who aren’t on social media. I thank everyone for their support so far and have some BIG plans in store when we come back. Can’t wait to see some familiar and new faces when we return - Lisa ♥️

New nine canaries packs headed to RAW Active Studios this morning. Each pack will include our popular Coconut Rough and a combination of either Ben Bar Bites (yes you heard right, now in a mini size ♥️), Caramel Slice, Picnic Bar and Choc Peppermint Slice. Packed in plant based packaging also so no nasty plastics. We are headed off on our holiday late this afternoon and will be back for business on the 15th September. Some exciting news to share when we get back 🙊

Dannielle is our Fathers Day Tasting Box competition winner and I think her smile says it all! She’s already a regular nine canaries customer and I am so happy for her. This raw dessert box is going to be shared with family today ♥️

Wow Albury/Wodonga - you are awesome! We sold out again of almost everything. Whole tins of Caramel Slice, Ben Bars, Galaxy Bars, Picnic Bars, Caramel Sticks, Snickers Slice, the Lemon and Peppermint Slices and so much more! We are open tomorrow- from 10.30-2pm and that will be it until after the 14th September as my family and I are off for a little well needed holiday. Zahlia and I worked like crazy tonight to stock up the treats (so thankful for my girls!). Tomorrow you c...an expect: Caramel Slice, Snickers Slice, Ben Bars, Caramel Sticks, Snickers Bars, Picnic Bars, Cookie Dough Pops, Peppermint and Strawberry Bites, Choc Mint Slice, Lemon Tangy Tart, Choc Raspberry Brownie Cake, Coconut Rough, Carrot Cake Slice, Hazelnut Brownies, Mini Jam Wheels, and a couple of other extra treats. Unsure about mixed packs at this stage. I can unfortunately do no holds from tonight so make sure you come in earlier to avoid disappointment. We’ve got your raw Snickers Slice covered today 👌🏼

I’m back..... Yes only for a very short time (2 days in fact) - nine canaries Raw Carrot Cake with a vanilla cream cashew frosting 💕

A yummy raw Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Cake headed out today to celebrate a beautiful lady’s birthday. Topped with lots of nine canaries treats. We are open for 2 more days before we are off so make sure you stock up. 💖

So this could be the most unattractive slice I have made but with a couple more drops of @doterra peppermint oil and some less impatience to let the chocolate sit for longer I think this could be a keeper. Although we already make a divine Choc Mint Slice, unfortunately it doesn’t hold for long in the fridge. So this was plan B as I absolutely adore peppermint, especially the essential oil way. A yummy chocolate biscuit base, creamy cashew peppermint filling and gooey chocolate ganache - you might just forgive me on the lack of looks on this raw treat ♥️

Special order of 4 Ben Bars, 3 Caramel Sticks, 3 Snickers Bars and 6 Peppermint Bites for a customer. Raw desserts sorted whilst we are away on holidays 👌🏼

Inside our nine canaries Raw Picnic Bar. Customers ask me what’s the difference between this and a Ben Bar and you’ll find the base is not as thick and chewy and has no dates, whilst the caramel has a more maple 🍁 syrup taste. Still covered in salted peanuts and chocolate and pretty damn yummy in my opinion. Anyone else love these too?

Another keeper on the menu is this Raw Lemon Macadamia Slice. I just love the chewy base and creamy filling from the macadamias with a lemon tang 🍋

Raw Choc Raspberry mini cakes in the fridge today. Made with a fresh raspberry cream. Raspberries are my absolute favourite berry and I remember picking them when I was a little girl at my Gran’s property in Yarrawonga. She would send me out with a bowl at dinner time (4.30pm 😂) and I’d carefully pick them and add one to the bowl and one in my mouth.

So we’ve decided to keep this Raw Peanut Butter Caramel Slice on the nine canaries menu due to such positive feedback 😀 Perfect #monday treat ♥️

Customers please note: Our pop up shop is located at 600 Olive Street Albury and you will find us in the old restaurant entrance of the Seaton Arms Motor Inn. We have selected hours at this stage whilst the business is growing - however we are open from Monday-Saturday unless specified. We no longer make Tasting Boxes and are rather focusing on stocking our cabinet, however you can make orders for raw desserts off our website.
All of nine canaries raw desserts contain no refi...ned sugars, dairy, soy or gluten. They are also 100% vegan. Almost all desserts contain nuts. Organic ingredients are used as much as possible. Some of the desserts need to be kept in the freezer until served and all desserts will last up to a couple of months in a sealed container.
Catering - $85 (40 pieces minimum)
