Dr Alisha Jason is amazing. So gentle and comforting, not to mention a superb dentist. Dealt with Imran on the front desk and he was very professional and welcoming! Thank you for a good experience as the dentist can be a scary place!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have recently begun seeing Dr. Alisha Jason for all my dentistry needs and it has been absolutely fantastic. She recently performed a wisdom tooth extraction and the procedure and post-extraction was second to none. Highly recommend.

Great Experience! Had to get a filling and Dr Alisha Jason was amazing. She even let me wear headphones and listen to music so that I didn't have to hear the noises. Definitely recommend going to her.

Dr Zhao is very a very nice gentle girl, strongly recommended

NO Frills. After root canal and poor consultation in the process I visited another dentist who tells me whoever did the root canal did not get completely rid of my old mercury filling and the material she used to fill my tooth does not adhere to mercury, causing a gap and this gap was causing decay in my tooth. Yes, I did see a photo to prove it. So I would say slack Dr to not take a few extra seconds to get rid of my old mercury filling. No Gap No Frills.

I can't praise Dr Juzer Naseem enough. He is an amazingly kind and gentle dentist. After some bad experiences I had avoided the dentist for a number of years, and finally made an appointment with Dr Naseem on a recommendation. He made the experience as painless as possible, worked with my schedual and did a fanatastic job. I would highly recommend him.

I had to have root canal therapy, as well as a clean and Dr Katrina Zhao was amazing. She was extremely helpful, caring and professional in her dealings with me. The price of the procedure and clean was better than many of the other dentist around. The clean basically was no gap. I saw Dr Katrina Zhao at Chatswood, although she works at other areas as well. Bot Dr Katrina Zhao and the practice manager (Evonne) made my experience an awesome one!

Went to this business for the third time to have a botched filling fixed after another dentist, providing a second opinion, took an x ray of the tooth in question showed me that the tooth which No Gaps had worked on still had a massive cavity in it, a mere three weeks after the treatment. The No Gaps dentist helping me tried to take x-rays and pressed the machine right up against my face - resting on my cheek. I complained that this is not the way x-rays are usually taken. She persisted. The x-ray was blurry and essentially not usable, as I expected. Despite this we could still see a cavity in the tooth. Then the dentist proceeded to tell me that the cavity that can be seen in the tooth they worked on may not be a cavity, it might be resin that shrunk after placement, which according to her is no problem. Then she tried to teach me that bacteria are invisible to the eye which is why she can't tell whether this is a cavity or not. I asked her for a professional decision about the treatment plan for the issue. She then told me it was my choice and that she could open the tooth if I wanted. Again I asked her to do her job and propose a plan. She said she did not know whether there is a cavity or not and that I should just leave it for 6 months to see what happens. After only 15 minutes I realised the dentist was completely and utterly incompetent. I removed their serviette from my chest and left this excuse of a dentist. Avoid at all cost!

I have given my review verbally before to staff and many of my friends but taking an opportunity to write it now. Very happy with the care and service Dr Baljinder Singh is providing here. Took my teenage daughter for routine check up, Dr Singh advised that her front teeth could be fixed that were sharp and pointy since they came out, my daughter was obviously very conscious about them but no one ever offered any treatment before. He shaped them with filling and did such great job and made teeth look nice and normal that was just amazing. Not only that, we ended up paying nothing out of pocket our health fund covered it and no gap charged.
Highly recommend Dr Singh, very caring, good dentist

Hi, I always had female dentist and never preferred male dentist, but since I have come to chatswood and saw Male dentist Dr Naseem,more than wonderful and fantastic and very much like the service that I will want to come back to the same dentist and recommend him greatly because he is too good and gentle and no other dentist all MY LIFE, has provider such a detailed condition of my teeth and been very well looked after.
I am more than pleased with his experience and his passion to help his client to recommend us treatment with care and to the best of our interest.
I highly recommend this dentist and the clinic service to all.

Had Baljinder Singh as my dentist today.
Completely terrible experience.
Cleaning wasn't thorough, missed the inside of my lower front teeth.
Kept pressuring me to take x-rays, saying that if i didn't and something went wrong he wouldn't take any responsibility.
Appointment was at 2.15pm and was out by 2.25pm.
His attitude was quite rude and condescending like i knew nothing.
At least this experience taught me, how to treat my clinical patients.

Going to Dr Marcia was the best experience I've had at the dentist. I always feel nervous going into the clinic, but she was immediately able to calm me down with her caring and friendly nature. Very positive experience and will recommend her to friends

What's the point of having a booking system if I have to wait for half an hour anyway. Saw me for a quick 15 minutes and ushered me out the door for her next appointment. Didn't even bother telling me that I would need to come back again for fillings until I asked. I asked why I would have to come back again and was told she would need '45 minutes for fillings'. Bad service, just wanted to rush people in and out and waste my time coming back for fillings.
