Very good experience doctor

Saw Dr Tina for my first dental check up in years and she was fantastic. Walked me through and explained all the issues without making it sound too complex or dumbing it down completely. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Will be coming back for the 6month check for sure!

Lovely receptionist and great location. Only down side is the late waiting times. Will be coming again.

Booked a same day appointment online to address an urgent dental issue. Upon arriving, I was advised that I did not have an appointment scheduled, that there are KNOWN faults in their online system handling same day bookings, and met with an accusatory tone that somehow I should have know better than to accept an online booking confirmation at face value. The situation was handled completely unprofessionally, with no empathy or apologies from the reception staff for the complete waste of my time, nor any solution offered. Would not recommend.

Been here multiple times, both for cleanings/check-ups as well as two wisdom teeth extractions - every time the dentists have been friendly and professional; in particular Dr. Tina is always friendly and I got a very competitive rate on one of my extractions (which can cost a literal FORTUNE at some other dentists). I strongly recommend this practice.

I was very happy with my treatment here. I was treated by Dr Kimberthy Wong and I found her to be professional and efficient, but she also put me at ease and was non-judgmental. Everything was explained clearly to me. The treatment and advice I got was good, and my health fund covered the payment. I would recommend this practice.

Such a horrible experience in seeing Dr. Kimberthy Wong. Her unprofessional, poor attitude makes me feel so uncomfortable to talk to her about my concern. Charged me without even checking my oral environment....

Very bad experience. Being my first dental checkup with them, I just wanted to go in for a cleanup first. The dentist kept pushing me to get the X-ray done, and the reception guy charged my insurance card for xray without my approval, and looked at me in derogatory way when I told him to cancel. The cleaning experience way uncomfortable at best. The dentist seemed to be in a hurry to finish the job and pierced my gums at 3 places in the process. He was trying to make a conversation all this while trying to convince me how bad my teeth are, instead of making me feel comfortable. I am never returning back to them. On researching later, I found similar stories about their other clinics too. Do yourself a favour and never go here.
