No Gaps Dental - Dentist Hornsby

I saw Mary at no gaps Hornsby for the first time recently after not seeing a dentist in a while so I was a bit worried, however she was gentle and professional, making me feel comfortable the whole appointment. Assistant and reception were also great!

Been here for few times excellent service by Dr Bandana, professional and friendly staff.
I took my mother for filling and cleaning, she felt so comfortable.

I had an appointment at 2:10 pm, I reached at 2:05 pm and registered my presence & handed over my insurance card. I patiently waited until 2:50 pm and then started enquiring about my turn and then the receptionist asked me to come next day (it seems they were overbooked and I don't know what made her feel that I may be the best candidate to turn away). I was shocked at her casual attitude and complete disrespect for my time & requirement for my treatment. I do understand that doctors appointment timings are difficult to adhered to due to unpredictability in treatments however I never faced such a situation where they simply ask you to go back because they overbooked like airlines. I had taken my half day off from work for this appointment and it was really frustrating experience. I tried calling up their call centre number and I was promised that the manager would call me back within an hour but that too didn't happen.
edited: Manager did call later and she tried to explain why it happened but no attempt was made from her side to arrange any alternative timing for my dental filing.

I went to do basic check up for my Kid, staff were friendly and co-operative but the dentist i attended was not much child friendly. Normally kids are bit hesitant, we visited may GP we don't have complain, but here he just gave a glance and suggest to go specialist. I'm not satisfied the way as dentist think kids should co-operate like adult. May be he was good but not child friendly.

I’ve been going to No Gaps Dental in Hornsby for years. When I needed a root canal, I was really pleased to have Gheetha take care of me. She has a delicate touch and does amazing work that saved the tooth and left me in great shape. Highly recommend.

Just had the best experience today at Hornsby no gap dental clinic. Dr Mitasa was gentle understanding patient. I had fillings xrays and clean and flouride and my health fund paid the bill. Thanks everyone for a great experience. Recommended to all.

Dr. May is very nice and helpful. Receptionist is also very kind. Overall very good experience.

Great service!!! Very very kind staff! Unfortunately my child was having a tantrum and the whole waiting room clients were giving me foul looks and the kind beautiful young lady who's name I think was Emily or Emma, i can't remember, she came up to my daughter and handed her a toy and but on some cartoons on the television for her and let me know it was perfectly normal for kids to scream and cry in a waiting room. Se also was the dental assistant on my return and was so gentle with the suction tube (unlike nearly all other dental assistants) and she spoke very clearly and understanding. If anything that girl holds the place together. If I were her boss I'd do what ever I can to keep her there. Hard worker with great knowledge. Someone give that girl a pay rise!

Caring and professional treatment. I have had two different Dentists over my annual visits and they have all been wonderful, explaining the procedures as they go and always considerate of my comfort and needs. I highly recommend No Gaps Dental, Hornsby, who live up to their name and never yet charged a gap fee, as my Health Fund always covers the costs. I finally have a Dentistry I am completely satisfied with. Thank you all at 'No Gaps'.
