We asked ourselves “Why use questionable ingredients at all, if you don’t have to?’ and it turns out we didn't need to! This is a bit of a serious post, but it’s important. We’ve lost family and friends and as many of you would also, have friends and family currently in varying stages of battling cancer.
So, when the opportunity came past our desk to donate to a wonderful business that is making life better for people suffering this terrible disease, we were super excited to get on board.

While there are some questionable ingredients in traditional deodorants, our position is that in reality the scientific jury is out on whether they are actually harmful in the concentrations used in deodorant.
However, why use them at all when there is a natural alternative that does exactly what it says on the tin 😉

UN Women recognises the Pacific region’s vulnerability to the impacts of disasters and climate change, and how women and girls are disproportionally affected by their impacts, so when Natalia approached us to support her UN Women’s Trek for Rights, we couldn’t wait to put our hand up to help! 🙌
Today, on World Environment Day 2018, we’re donating $1 from every tin of No Pong sold, to support Natalia’s UN Women’s Trek for Rights in Fiji. The funds will be used to support women’s leadership and financial literacy, help build resilience, and to help give these women a voice.

In addition to being all natural, and completely free of aluminium, parabens, pthalates, and triclosan, from our very first order we have always made the decision not to use plastic anywhere in any of our packaging. 💌
This was definitely not the path of least resistance as most glass jars often have plastic lids!
