A huge thank you to James Viles from Biota Dining for hosting us and to Nespresso for bringing us together. Champions included chefs James Viles, Shannon Bennett, Alex Pavoni and Victor Leong and thanks to Pecora Dairy who provided us with the lamb for the spit and some of their unpasteurised cheese (first in Australia) they have called Yarrawa. #innercircleseries

Amazing food service exceptional. The eggplant and pork belly was a standout. Was surprised that some of the desserts were served cold instead of warm but still exceptional. Lovely relaxed atmosphere! Love to see some more cocktails on the menu too ☺️
