Noble Suzuki

I've had my little Suzuki for about 5 or so years. I haven't done much mileage in it. Already for a major service they want to charge me $600+ have they lost their mind? My car is not even hotted up for them to charge that much. So disappointed I'm ready to cut the cord with them. No more servicing with noble Suzuki

The sales experience was pretty good.

However delivery of the car was terrible. Had to call up multiple times and was given timelines that weren't delivered on. Also was not given a call back when promised on multiple occasions.

Disappointing staff, they will try to rip you off every cent they can. I tried to trade in my car and they quoted $3000 lesser compared to 2 other Suzuki dealers. Please don't ever buy a car from this dealer. They only care about their profit margin and make you feel dumbest by their tricky terms and conditions. Noble Suzuki/Kia manager is the worst customer sales representative I have ever seen who refused to do business telling he is not making any profit on his new Kia Cerato 2016 version, but my question was how come Thomson Kia dealer gave me $1500 discount on the same car. And also compared to 4 other dealers I have gone through, they at least speak realistic and do better negotiation and match the price. I was completely devastated by the way they treated me, I hope karma will definitely bite them in near future. Never ever I will do service or do business with this selfish dealer.
