Noisy Nonna In The Kitchen

Developed from the book 'Noisy Nonna in the Kitchen', the show incorporates storytelling, song, music & dance around the theme of cooking & the kitchen. Children play kitchen utensil ‘instruments’ to form a ‘kitchen band' with Nonna on her ukulele.

'Noisy Nonna, the Show'

Noisy Nonna, Georgina Adamson, is a real cook and has run a number of eating establishments, and teaches cooking to all ages.
Now her greatest joy is spending time with her grandchildren, especially cooking, playing ukulele and singing with them, which was the inspiration for her children's story, 'Noisy Nonna in the Kitchen'.

The Story:

Isabella & Matilda have a Nonna who cooks a lot. The twins love to help her in the kitchen and they have lots of fun. But. . . there is a problem!

The show developed out of the book and incorporates story, song, music & dance around the theme of cooking and the kitchen. It is very interactive with the children playing kitchen utensil ‘instruments’ to form a ‘kitchen band’, and Nonna on her ukulele.

It runs for approx. 40 - 45 minutes, and is most suited to ages 3 to 8, but is also enjoyed by older kids and 'grown ups'.
