They are very empathetic, from explaining the process in detail to checking that everything is all ok during the process. They made great recommendations and have brought in the Orthodontist as needed. Also very responsive and send out reminders via text, which is a nice touch. Everyone here is just so caring and friendly. My daughter hates going to the dentist and after going here she has no reserves of going regularly to the dentist now.
