I was really disappointed by the way I was treated today by the lady I can only assume was the manager on duty. I spent over $120 on food for my family which took nearly 50 minutes. She was quite rude to me, and argumentative, rather than apologetic.



Had the manager simply said "I'm sorry, let me look into what's happened" I would have accepted it as a one off unfortunate incident and would not be writing this review today. Instead she was consistently rude, and defensive. After bringing out only half the food and "asking" aggressively, "So that's everything?" I said no and was about to list the missing items when she muttered "I've only got two hands!" and turned her back on me and walked back to the kitchen.



Why would someone working in the hospitality industry think it's okay to be rude to their customer and insist nothing is wrong, when a simple "I'm sorry, let me see what I can do" is so easy?



Advice to the owners of the North Beach Kiosk: If your staff can't be polite to your patrons, get rid of them. I will not be coming back, and will recommend the same to all my friends.
