Contracted to develop a new website for this business. I made one for him which he liked but gave me excuses once it's done and refused to pay me. I invested time and money into the project and he ripped me off. I didn't release his website to him.

Asked them if they had a certain graphics card in stock. They asked me what I was going to use it for...... The level of general knowledge on I.t is pretty abysmal, I do not have high hopes for this store that cannot even obtain its own domain even tho it's plastered all over its shop front.

Recommend to stay away from it!

Laptop went in to have a key replaced and 6 months later was still not completed. Completely disorganised. Kept telling me they were going to call me back and never did.

from experience i found its actually much cheaper and quicker to just go to harvey norman and buy something new, than have these stupid clowns try to fix or sell something used to you...

Such Wonderful service friendly staff and well trained in computer repairs and software programming when I did work experience.
