North Ryde Dentists

I came to this dentistry for an implant consultation that was advertised as free one. Had to pay $140 for the scan and they were trying also to charge me for the actual consultation. Then when I was given quote it was extra $700 to what they had advertised on the website. Doctor P Song agreed to match price after I presented evidence on what they advertise. Had to wait for him an hour before he could talk to me. Anyway, I was satisfied with an outcome at that time. I organized appointment with Dr. P Song, but had to reschedule as got sick. Then my daughter got sick and when I rang to reschedule 24 hours before my appointment, receptionist didn't record my request and next day I got a call from the practice that I have to pay now late notice cancellation fee which is half of my visit fee or $500. Shocking and again shocking. In summary, I asked to speak to the doctor who said that I didn't call. I asked if he wants me to get report from the phone system at work to show that I rang, but he didn't want it. He said that he did favor to me that matched price and now he will not do the job. Strongly don't recommend practice and Dr P Song.

i was happy with my overall experience for extraction of tooth.Dr Lisa understands concerns very well. she suggested me 3 options to cure the infection, which was very helpful to me to take my decision and last but not least , Anusha ( practice Manager) was very pleasant .she is adorable and very caring and cooperative.definetly i will prefer north ride dentists next time.:)

A dentist always been the last person i would want to go to. but this dentist Dr Lisa Kim at North Ryde dentist has given me a very pleasant experience. She is definitely one of the most professional and gentle dentist. I would highly recommend her.

With the one exception of Minya, who was delightful and friendly and helpful and willing to answer all of my questions, my experience was just horrible. Dr. Lisa Kim, the dentist, did my x-rays and was going over them. The next patient kept coming in the room to complain to the dentist to hurry up with me, to say that that she was running behind, so I felt very rushed and uncomfortable.

Furthermore, as it turns out, I'm so glad I got a second opinion from another dentist who has done the work I needed. Those two "Root canals and two crowns" for the same two teeth I allegedly needed, according to Dr. Lisa Kim? They were easily managed with two simple fillings since they were only cavities. I would advise everyone to seek a second opinion, regardless of where you go. If I hadn't, I would have spent over $5,000 unnecessarily on root canals and crowns on teeth that just needed fillings.

Sometimes in life, if things just don't feel right, go with your gut instinct. I have never once in my life given a bad review to anyone, not even the Uber driver who ran over my father-in-law's foot while driving away! I felt that I had to in this instance because all I read were the good reviews so I booked an appointment here.

I guess..... if ALL you need is a regular cleaning and checkup, and have absolutely ZERO cavities or anything the dentist could misconstrue as something.... uh..... yeah maybe this dentist is fine. Just make sure you don't come to her with a cavity because apparently she either cannot properly read x-rays or she can, but is interested in taking more of your money than necessary when you are a private pay patient without medicare/medicaid like me (I am a migrant from the US living here for about 1.5 years now).

Very friendly staff and dentist. Was happy with my overall experience and treatment. Got braces and now my teeth are looking amazing.

Definitely a more understanding dentist and takes time to understand your concerns and troubles. Will not push to do any unnecessary treatments.
