This place sells used upmarket cars at a reasonable price.

We went to the BMW at Artamon. Staffs are not helpful, and salesman has no knowledge about the X1 car. No introduction of the car, just briefly explain. Drove to the some weird off road place, scratched the rim, and had to pay $$$. They could easily just polish the rim at their mechanics, but they choose to charge us.

staff is judgemental when they look at people. have visited two times and once over the phone, they are rude, not helpfull at all. not spending my money with you. learn some business manners first.

The showrooms looks clean and tidy early morning.

This dealer aims high with great service on new and used vehicles, plus the service side. BMW's engineering and class leading engines are impressive with exciting developments on electric vehicles coming through. A friendly team.

In essence I could have bought the car from any BMW dealership however, it was the sales rep - Gemma Simons that set it apart. First class knowledge, service and care *****

Helped out my sister last week by taking her BMW in for service & repair items. The service department were great & fixed everything. Very friendly & helpful with professional advice about what fuels to be using with high performance engines. A very pleasant experience. A well run organisation.

I recently purchase a new 428i convertible from north Shore BMW (Chatswood).. Beautiful car and the sales team were great.

i was going to lease the car through BMW finance...the service was terrible. They did not respond to emails, particularly answering the questions I had as the new car was about to be delivered.

I ended up financing through a different company. Three week later I receive a letter offering a $5.7k discount if I refinance! When i then return my car the Chatswood branch (North Shore BMW) tell me they have nothing to do with BMW finance and I had to pay $2k for scratches and wheel rim repairs. After 4 years you expect a few scratches but $350 for each wheel was outrages and the damage is insignificant....I wish I could upload the report to show the picture!

I warn everyone...do not use BMW Finance Full circle. No loyalty after buying BMWs for 15 years. The fact that North Shore BMW doesn't think they are part of BMW Australia and cannot make decisions on valued customers astounds me! More to come!
