Great experience. The whole team were fantastic and very helpful from purchase to pickup was fantastic. James Chen and Dennis Chai were fabulous.

I rang the dealership in search of a Vw caddy maxi. Although they did not have one in stock Charlie managed to find the perfect one for me in less than 24hrs and organised everything with the help of Albert and the team there. I can’t recommend them enough. Fantastic service. And I especially liked the video Charlie did for me showing me around the van.

Not the best service specially considering the premium price. Too many cars are booked in, which results in tired staff and poor service. No follow up on faults or issues, instructions on issues to be looked at not followed through. Leads to requests for the car to be rebooked without resolution which is inconvenient.

Had a fantastic experience with this dealership. Everyone was so friendly and Charlie provided wonderful customer care and communication. Very happy with the purchase and would certainly recommend them.

A slightly different story - I signed a contract to buy a car subject to finance from another party. That finance turned out to be far more expensive and with harsher conditions than I expected, so I decided not to proceed (after some time). Due to a change in personal circumstances I was also unable to pay cash. Jason Ajaka and North Shore VW management were very reasonable in negotiating an end to my contract. I already regretting missing out on that beautiful new Passat All-Track!

I was trying to negotiate for a Golf R original priced at $61200. I was trying to neogiate starting from $51,000 and with reserved price of $56,000. However, the Asian sales with first name starting with L was rude. He terminated the neogaition by saying "the stair is there, you can now go home, you're embrassing me." Seriously,this was unprofessional & rude. Not sure how Volkswagen train their staff. I like golf and I'm a owner of golf for the past 4 years, that was the reason I initially picked golf R as my first preference, however, due to the way how I was treated at this dealer, I have bought a Benz instead as the Benz dealer was very friendly & able to go through the negotiation process with me.

I recently had a wonderful experience with the service department and the manager, Gavin. I needed my sunroof fixed as part of an insurance claim and it was tricky to get everything lined up with the parts etc. I had actually moved out of my apartment and was going north to the beaches so I really needed to get things done in time. The folks there did everything they could to help me, and in the end, Gavin even had the technicians work overtime to get my car ready in time. Outstanding personal service and I really appreciated it! Thanks to all.

I emailed this firm asking more details on a pretty good looking used Toyota Aurion. The salesperson Alex Gestier called me and was very professional, I told him my budget as the car was over my budget. He called me a few days later and advised we can come to a agreement after I inspected the car. After looking at similar cars at other caryards, this car was in the best condition, and the price was also better then even Toyota dealership. It came with 3 year warranty free. I am very happy with my car and the service I received from Alex. He is a top bloke, not pushy salesperson you get at other car-yards. Fully reccomend Volkswagon North Shore

Went in over the weekend to do a test drive of the VW Tiguan - after giving the sales rep our drivers license, he promptly returns and asks us if we would make a decision today to purchase the car. We told him, in all honesty, not today since we're test driving other cars too, as well as needing to figure out financing (possible leasing through work) - at which point he decides that he doesn't want to waste time on us, gave back our licenses and not take us out for a test drive. oh and no it was not busy at all at the showroom.
That is some of the worst customer service I have received.

The ONLY reason i am even giving this review 2 stars is because Rita, who greeted us, was lovely.

A very poor service department. I booked online, to save time. When I dropped the car off, it was a 20 minute wait for someone to take the car, and then the info I had entered online they did not have correctly. I just tried to find out if the car is ready, and have given up trying to call - on the three numbers I tried, the general service number, the general number, and the "service" advisor's card given me, no one bothers to answer. Pretty pathetic, but at least consistent. I won't be back, nor have much good to say about them.

What an incredible experience from start to finish. I accompanied my friend who bought the cheapest used car in the dealership and I can honestly say that it didn't matter as the service from all members of staff were second to none. Special thanks to Daniel Fox (Sales) for even coming in on his day off to ensure my friend was given her car with all the added extras, presenting her with a fabulous bouquet of flowers and wine and of course her car with a full tank!
