Receptionist has been quite rude the last couple of times I have been here. Recently, just because I asked about what the line items were I was paying for she brought on alot of attitude and almost made me feel stupid for asking about what each line item was. In the end she overcharged me for a particular item and had to edit the invoice!! Even then she was rude and made it like I was making her day difficult to fix it. Customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable for asking such questions! We're paying big money for the service. The dentists are great here, cannot fault them but I will be thinking twice on whether I want to come back to such a rude receptionist!!

Great dental practice with high quality treatment. Mark and his team are excellent in providing fantastic dental care. Everything is clearly explained and very thorough. Went their for a check up and clean, their Hygienist is amazing. Would recommend this practice to anyone.

Amazing practice! I was able to get my dream smile through Invisalign and veneers with Dr. Mark Nieh, who is easily the nicest dentist I've ever had. The hygienist was very thorough and gentle. The receptionist is so lovely and made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped in. Thank you for accomodating me beyond my expectations!

This practise is amazing. I have previously been with a family dentist since I was a child, but had an emergency and went to see these guys as close to my work. After the first visit I was sure I'd be changing as the service, professionalism and care was exemplary. I've had painful root canals in the past but this dentist set a new standard, and had my minimal pain and it was completed within my lunch hour over two days.
I'm definitely a happy customer and I've recommended them to co-workers. Thank you for subdueing my fear of dentist visits!

Great service. Dr. Vincent listened to my dental history and my concerns. Explained to me what he would be doing and the options I had. He was extremely time efficient didn't push any services beyond what I wanted in this visit which is not something I had experienced with other dentists. The bupa preferred provider meant that it cost a fraction of what I was expecting. Highly recommend.

I first arrived at North Sydney Dentistry after having severe facial trauma in late 2014. I had been to 6 other dentists prior NSD including 3 in Thailand and 3 here in Australia, all without success. It was pretty hard having been told the same story "Sorry there's nothing we can do to help" until I met Mark. Immediately he gave me my smile back, I cannot tell you how much that meant to me, since it's been a process some with success and some, but not much, failure. The most important thing is Mark has not given up on me, that alone is of the most importance to me.

I'd had a root canal but didn't get a crown for a while. I was advised that a crown was required to keep the tooth from splitting. I chose this dentist because of the great work and advice they'd given me before. The crown took 1 day to do (they have a machine to create the crown's onsite), and was a very comfortable procedure - I felt I was in good hands.

A year on the crown is doing well and I have no problems.

The surgery was able to squeeze me in the next day for a chip I had in my tooth. Rick took his time and I was happy with the end results. Really friendly staff from reception to dentists. Highly recommended!
