North Sydney Skin Cancer And Cosmetic Medicine Centre

Good new practice in walker st. doctors have been in north sydney go over 10 years and I have been a clent for almost 5 years. Regular Botox, good value and have just had my complimentary treatment. Would recommend.

I have been having Botox by Dr Phillipson and Dr Brown for a number of years now. Every time, particularly when Dr Phillipson would do it, I would come out with painful, red lumps all over my forehead and around my eyes. It was so sore I was not able to put on moisturiser or make-up for many days afterwards. The only reason I continued to come back was because it was always easy to get an appointment and I would get one area of Botox free after 10 visits. That was the ONLY good thing about this medical centre. I have since gone to a dermatologist in the city for my Botox, and I had absolutely NO redness, soreness or lumps over my face which proves to me that the doctor's technique at the North Sydney Cancer and Cosmetic Centre was not up to scratch. When I asked them how many units of Botox they were injecting they did not give me a proper answer. Furthmore, Dr Brown, in particular is rude and condescending. I believe they are not genuinely interested in patient care or satisfaction and I would not recommend this medical centre for Botox.

I had botox done here about 12 months ago. It was terrible. My forehead was so sore for a week after and the botox (It actually wasn't botox that they used but an inferior product) was no where near as effective as when I've had it done by my Doctor in Brisbane. Not a friendly atmosphere either. Also just a note for people thinking about attending this clinic and are checking out reviews on Google.... Reviews by Sharon Brown, Louise Brown and Sharron Brown are all posted by the doctors at this clinic. A couple of the other positive reviews are made by Reception Staff at the clinic. I think this speaks volumes about this place. They should honestly be shut down.

The front desk lady is RUDEST receptionist. We are just next door, the courier guy delivered her big parcel to me by accident, when I chased downstairs the courier is already gone so I called the front desk regarding this. When she came to pick up, she didnt even say thank you, but blaming us. You have to know all your patients come to us all the time, and we are so kind to redirect them, at lease you should be appreciated!!!!!

Great practice. I have been coming here for years for Botox. Yesterday got a complimentary treatment and saved over$300. Great surprise just before christmas. Would recommend.

Completely botched my earlobe reconstruction (from stretched ears). Very unhappy.
She re-did it once, one lobe is still horrible. I have to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Do not recommend.
