Kimberley offers Counselling, Couple Therapy, Spiritual Development, Reiki Services & events. Assisting in healing your mind, body, soul & relationships.

Kimberley is a qualified and registered Professional Counsellor and Relationship Therapist, holding a Bachelor of Counselling, and a Graduate Diploma in Relationship Counselling. Kimberley holds expertise in Individual Counselling, as well as Couple’s Therapy and family issues. Kimberley is also a Reiki Therapist, who is aligned to the Original Seven Level System of Reiki, the Usui System of Universal Energy.

Kimberley has been passionate about healing others for many years, which has brought her to be working as a Professional Counsellor, Relationship Therapist, and Reiki Therapist. Kimberley’s Reiki journey began during her time as a Spa Therapist several years ago. During this time when working with body treatments, Kimberley discovered a natural ability to perform energy healing. Shortly after this discovery, in the same year of 2008, she was led to her current Reiki Grand Master Teacher Dez Dalton, where she first trained with the Original Seven Level System of Reiki. Kimberley now currently holds a Degree 5A in Reiki.

Kimberley has treated many people over the years, who have all benefited from the healing Reiki energy. She has also experienced first hand the healing benefits of Reiki, as a result of healing herself from past trauma and related past mental health issues. These events also inspired Kimberley to become a Professional Counsellor. Consequently, this led to Kimberley’s dream of Northern Beaches Life Healing Services to become a reality.

I have a strong calling to assist others through these services, by assisting in healing mind, body and soul, and to help others find their own inner resources and strengths for self empowerment. To help others gain self awareness, correct limiting beliefs, and work through issues using the talking cure. I find it extremely rewarding to assist and be witness to my clients’ journeys, and I am honoured to connect in such a deep, meaningful and personal way. ”
