Online buyer beware, this business advertises products to buy on their online website, but as I have experienced first hand, you pay for the goods in good faith, the products never arrive, they ignore emails, telephone messages, and PayPal messages, not even the courtesy of a reply or explanation !! 2 months later no products received , no shipping advice, no refund, and no response !! Now left to deal with PayPal Resolution Centre. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE

I wish I could give Northmead Beauty NO STARS! Worst online service I have ever received. I ordered two products a month ago and have still not received anything in the mail despite stating in their shipping and returns policy that "all products will be dispatched within 2-3 business days". I have sent 5 emails and called atleast 10 times and received no response. I have made a claim through paypal to get my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS ONLINE FROM NORTHMEAD BEAUTY - YOU'VE BEEN WARNED
