I was told the extras I ordered will need a week to be installed on my car and was told to pick up the car on Monday as per normal and when the parts arrive I'll drop the car back to get the extras fitted but upon coming in on Monday to pick up the car I was shown my car with the extras all fitted, the manager went above and beyond to get my car all finished in 1day which I was very surprised.

Very happy with the staff there, was dropped off to work after dropping my car to them and picked up again when service was finished which I have never been provided with by any other repairer before. Paid only less than $300.00 total for a scheduled service. thanks so much for your great service

My Mitusubishi ASX is a perfect vehicle for my lifestyle, I am very happy with my purchase. The staff at Northshore Mitusubishi were very helpful and answered all of my questions and understood my needs. I would like to especially thank Mr Kyo Wang and Mr Kush Karki for their advice and attention to my personal requirements.

My vehicle needed a small part to be replaced under warranty. They said the part was not available when they did the annual routine service and I would have to bring the vehicle back when part arrives in a week's time. They said they would call me when part arrives. Waited exactly 2 and a half weeks, not hearing anything, called them and they said part arrived but they did not bother to call and inform me!?! Then I booked my car in asking which day would be best so I can bring the vehicle in early to be first in line so that I can have it back without waiting too long. I took the vehicle there on the day they mentioned arriving at 6:30 AM making sure I was the first in line. They took the car in around 7:00 AM. Waited until 9:00 AM then went down to service office asked how it is going. They said technician was working on it and would be finished any minute. Hearing that, I didn't go up to the waiting room, instead went out side and started waiting there. I could clearly see the workshop and my vehicle was no where to be seen. Exactly at 9:15 my vehicle entered the workshop from other end and parked into the first bay only 10 meters away where I was waiting. I said to myself, it must have been finished. To my surprise the technician got out of the vehicle and started working on the car and it took him only 5 minutes to replace it then the vehicle was delivered to me. I don't think that this can be described as good customer service. I have much closer dealers to me but I go to North Shore Mitsubishi, having bought the vehicle from there hoping that I would receive good service but it does not look like the case :(

The service department is fantastic. I always love coming here as the team a very friendly, professional and responsive to customer needs. Not only is it great prices, they are exceptionally honest and always hand back your car freshly cleaned. It is exceptionally rare to come across a business that says they care and actually make you feel like they do. I continue to come here even though I have moved almost an hour away.

I can't stress enough that it is the service department that I rate this highly. I unfortunately can't say I had the same experience with the sales department. They were hopeless. But if you're just after a sevice this is your place.

I recommend Andrew P for his excellent customer service & patience in handling our first Mitsi purchase. This was the first time we ever visited a Mitsi showroom and Andrew made it truly remarkable. Unlike other dealers Andrew never rushed or pressurized us in any way to close the deal & he did his best in getting us a good deal.
