Very unprofessional , extremely poor communication. The stuff ups started with the new bike delivery, (which I paid for) The bike was delivered with the wrong key !! , the owners wife had to drive the correct key out to me the following day. Unfortunately I went back for a front tyre and front fork work which seemed fine at first , BUT within a couple of weeks 2 exhaust studs snapped with 1 snapped inside the head.The bike was then back in with this dealer for over 4 and 1/2 weeks !!. When it was returned to me ( without any explanation of exactly what was done to the bike , written or verbal ) I found the workmanship to be unacceptable , a missing bolt , incorrect head stud nuts , misaligned tank buffer...etc.. No assistance from this dealer or distributor with a loan bike. Poor customer service, Poor product support from both the dealer and distributor . Beware of this dealer and Moto Guzzi.

Picked up a 2017 Triumph Street Triple RS from them recently.
Paul was not pushy, fulfilled all needs and ensured that everything was covered.
Chris the workshop manager was approachable and full of knowledge.
Carl the owner was a straight shooter who told me everything i needed to know about my purchase and what they can do for me.

Cannot recommend these guys enough and dont listen to the negative reviews; how the hell can you quote something accurately when you haven't opened the bike up? Ludicrous and illogical.

I have had nothing but good service everytime. Chris is always helpful and nothing is ever a drama. Service team also produce quality workmanship. Highly recommend Northside Ducati!!

Have always found these fellas are genuine if you are. Been going there over a decade as they are all passionate about motorcycling and that just know their stuff. All my mates that have followed me there still go there. Enough said.

Avoid. These guys quoted me $650 to replace my regulator rectifier. Said the part cost $250. I refused the quote and told them I'd pick the bikeup the next day. They gave me a plastic bag with nuts and parts of the bike, unassembled and charged me $180 for basically taking the bike apart. I ordered an origional replacement from Daelim for $100, delivered in 3 days, replaced it myself.

Have known them for around five years. Purchased my bike from them. Found them to be competent, friendly and helpful. Have had no issues with them. They seem to have a satisfied client base.
