Norwest General Practice - Bella Vista

Very nice and friendly doctors here. The regular and long time doctors are all very knowledgeable - and if in doubt they will find out for you. Has great online booking system and will often take emergency/urgent walk-ins - great particularly for family with kids. Would highly recommend to those in the area. Great new fit-out after the practice relocation!

There are a few good doctors who work only on appointment. If you walk I you will be wasting your time.

The reception staff is very cold. If you are not able to secure an appointment, frankly go somewhere and don’t waste your time.

Never had a problem with this place, good location, parking is an issue, albeit not a fault of the medical practice. Doctors all professional and thorough, and unlike other places, fluent in English.

Been going here for a few years. Never have to wait long. Great pharmacy next door. Dr Chahda is the best! But every other Dr I have seen there has also been excellent.

I'm very disappointed with this medical practice. To be fair, I had no issues with them when they were a small practice. Then as the business grew, the issues started. Anyway, I moved out of the area and requested for my file to be transferred to another practice. I was asked to pay a fee immediately which I did immediately too. Then I had to wait over 3 months, and several follow ups, for he file. The reason they gave was my file was placed under a pile of paper work and got misplaced and when found, it took them a while to get the doctors' signature. I'm sorry but if you run a business - which this is - this silly excuse is unacceptable! Get your act together!!!!
