Nostalgia Gourmet Deli & Cafe

Asked for tea and cake, plus a takeaway salad and slice of frittata. Was told that (for some reason never explained) my cake could only be served in a take away container, not on a plate. Told every customer there was a 30 min wait. Proceeded to wait 10 minutes for someone to just slice the cake and was told only the chef could do it as he is the only one who knows what size it should be. Eventually got it in plastic container. No spoon, so took it home to eat. Not waiting further for frittata as totally over it by then. Got my money back for frittata. Worst thing; NO apology or exclamation why this was happening. A sour girl trying to run the show with zero customer service. Will never be back and I dare say some others won't either.
