The NDSLS is a student society established in 2007 to coincide with the newly-formed University of Notre Dame Law School. The society has the aim of enriching the student experience through educational, social and vocational initiatives. Each year these events grow and the Committee challenges itself to be better and provide more for the student body.

The NDSLS is also committed to forming strong links with business – it is in the best interests of all involved. We aim to link the talent of the future with the employers in the legal profession, professional services such as finance, accounting and consultation as well educational, public and private organisations. Each of the four hundred students have the benefit of intimate class sizes, lecturers with extensive professional experience and the many opportunities for studying abroad, competitions and social justice initiatives to develop a well-rounded and productive employee.

As one of the most active student society’s on the University of Notre Dame, Sydney Campus, the NDSLS is the first port of call for students looking for information on the many avenues a law degree can take them. By providing this, we engage the student body to actively seek a path suitable to their goals and ensure their decisions are right for them.
