About Nouva

The Nouva story began in 2013 when owner Elias Georges decided to take his passion for creating beautiful spaces and invest in creating a business that he could be proud of. Having provided joinery manufacturing and installation services for many different industries over the years, Nouva specialises in joinery for offices, commercial fit out companies, commercial architects and some larger businesses with multi-level offices, schools, retirement villages and more. Working in partnership with the architects and builders, Nouva is able to execute the vision for the office space and provide a high-quality finish that enhances the working environment for all staff. Throughout the years, Nouva has worked for both large and small businesses and every business opportunity has created a learning experience that has kept the Nouva team positive. This education is now the backbone of the Nouva approach. The hard work and investment of time and expertise is now paying off with Nouva having established a clear path within the commercial office fit out industry. Today Nouva is known for its attention to detail, focus on quality, reliability and consistency, and being easy to deal with. Nouva is made up of a dedicated team who share the same passion for what they do and a determination to be at the top of their field. Backed by three Project Managers, a Senior Draftsman, Production Manager, Factory Foreman and up to eight factory workers, in-house site installers plus administration staff, Nouva has the established expertise and industry know-how to set itself up as an industry leader. The business continues to invest in ongoing professional development with membership of industry associations such as the Australian Shop & Office Fitting Industry Association (ASOFIA).
