We had a spit system installed yesterday. Admin were a pleasure to deal with and provided us with a very fair quote and had us booked in quick considering how busy they must be. Boys were lovely, polite and worked fast. Very happy and cold customer!

Had 3 A/C installed on the same day. Work men were efficient, professional and tidied up after themselves as they went. Highly recommend their service

Waited over two months for basic install.
Kept of being given poor excuses why then didn't have the AC in stock. Went elsewhere (Air Extreme) and had the AC installed by the end of the week.

Took a further two months to be fully refunded.
Would never NEVER use Nova Air

Reviews below are FAKE as the users have never reviewed anything else - ever. Fake lies are a sign of how ones business may work in order to cover the truth about poor service and customer support.
Google should look into this too..

After receiving storm damage to our ducted air conditioning unit in the May storms, we contacted Nova Air. We had a technician on site very quickly to verify the problem. We then had a more thorough check done and a quote to replace the air conditioning unit. The job of replacing the unit was complicated by the access to our roof line. The crew explained what was to be done and how they would proceed. The crew were polite, efficient and left the site clean. Operation of the unit was clearly explained and a maintenance program offered. The complete process from checking damage, quoting and installation was seamless and easy. I can highly recommend Nova Air & Electrical for supply, installation and repairs.
