Nova Pitstop

I rarely take the time to write reviews or rate services because of the overwhelming request we all get online to do them. However, in the case of Nova, I was compelled to share my experience.

Apart from providing great friendly customer service from the first phone call to the final conversation, Nova responded to a complaint I had in a manner you rarely find in any organisation. The complaint was not significant and in no way was a mark against their exceptional focus on quality. I was contacted and visited directly by the manager who went well beyond my expectations to resolve the issue. To say I am a satisfied customer is an understatement. How an organisation responds to complaints often defines the quality of the service they provide.

With all the cowboys running around the screen repair industry Nova sit in an area of excellence that put them all to shame. Todd.
