Quick service within hours the cars were picked up and I was paid cash on the spot for them .

0 Star - Very very very bad customer service. I called Sam last week and faced the worst of the worst service ever. After that I donated my car for free to a non profit organisation instead of selling it to Novo. Money is'nt everything.

Very Bad customer Service. Ringed Sam as they said in their website, and faced such a bad customer service. Will never recommend them to anyone.

I left my e tag in my car & they never gave it back. They said they destroy it!!! I don't know why, when they could have sent it back to me, now I'll be penalised for losing it. Also when they picked up the car, the tow truck driver is meant to pay me and not them, which I didn't know. So I never got any money from them for my car.
If you want to be ripped off then these guys will do the job!!
I hated the whole experience!

These guys were pretty straight on the bargaining, but nothing I couldn't complain about. However, I must applaud their after-care service. I left my driving license there by accident - they sent it back by courier the next day (a Monday) and called the following day to ensure I got it, and asked nothing in return.
