When the founder awoke in a hospital’s IC unit, he became shamefully aware that, while he knew where crucial family information and documents were stored, his loved ones had no idea. He decided to fix it and when Now Sorted emerged, business colleagues insisted he commercialise it … because they were in the same boat: their families and clients ‘didn’t have a clue’ until this service came along.
