We found the staff at Flooring Xtra courteous and helpful. Their price was better than anything else we could find locally and they willingly answered our questions and allayed any fears we had about engineered wooden flooring. We chose Black Butt. Their installer Matt was the most pleasant, hard working tradesman we have met throughout the renovation of our modest cottage. His skill, work ethic and general demeanor are without peer. Want an engineered wooden floor? Call Flooring Xtra Nowra and have them send Matt to do the work. Brilliant!

Super friendly & patient with me trying to pick out the best flooring for my new house. Extremely happy with the quality of the timber look vinyl planks & carpet we chose, same with the shutters for our windows. Professional installation & finished in the short time frame required. 8 months on and none of the vinyl planks have moved, shrunk or warped. Very happy, thanks guys!
